I would love some sort of option that everyone that ever sends me an email automatically gets added to my address book, that way i can produce mailing lists - any chance of this ?

I don't know how good of a chance there is of adding such a feature, but I have added it to the suggestion list.

You can manually add the sender of an email message to your Address Book. While viewing the email message in an Email Reader window select Message | Add Sender to Address Book from the menu bar.
