I recently bought a new computer and am having a lot of trouble getting AW2000 copied to the new computer. I have emailed Thom several times and am ashamed to bother him any more. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you do an actual "copy" of the whole AW directory to a CD?
That's how I did it for my new computer a few months back.
Copied the whole directory to a CD, copied from that to the AW directory I had made on the new computer and than did a down load from the AW web site of the most current version of AW.

Did you do something different than this?

install the program on the new machine then copy the database files over. that should be it...
