Kernel32.dll Error!

Hello,

I am hoping someone out there can offer suggestions for this issue. When I try to log into AW200, I get an error message stating that AW200 will have to close due to an error. When I look at the details among other things, it references, modname: kernel32.dll. I AM not having problems with any other application, just AW200.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Many Thanks!

First, backup and do a rebuild. That's always the first thing to try when you get an error.

Another possibility is disk compression. I found that if I put aw2000 on my compressed disk (regular windows XP compression) that the system immediately pulled a major error every time I tried to update. After that point, the main app always pulled an error until I restored from my backup copy of the aw2000 directory.

It took me awhile to figure out that the problem was disk. compression. I can duplicate the error on either of my hard drives by just compressing the aw2000 directory.

If none of that helps, write Thom ;-)
