Question here new

I had a question. We bought AW2000 about a month ago and I have to say it is the best auction software we have tried. We bought it after 2 weeks of trial. I have one problem how do I remove the AW2000 ad at the bottom of my auctions. I thought after we paid for the software this would be removed. We don't think we should have to advertise for AW2000 after we buy it.

Under file>options>show aw2000 link. You need to uncheck that.

Sorry, that's when you are in the "edit template" screen.

Yes, many people feel that way - that they don't want to give free advertising for a product they have purchased. My feeling, however, after being burned by Blackthorne and eBay with SAPro and now using AW2000 is that I am proud to have found a program that works as well as this one does and the more people who use it the stronger it will become. If more people purchase the product, then Thom can spend more money in making it a better product and that helps us all in the long run. Now, if only we could only list auctions while away from the computer, I could afford to take afew days off now and then and this would TRULY make AW2000 the BEST THERE IS!!!!

I agree with Lenny....the more people who know about and support AW2K, the less the liklihood of it going under. I had that happen with another listing program I liked and it was no picnic. (one good thing though...that was how I found the Wizard!) The stronger Wizard is, the better off we users are IMO :-)

>ccsproducts says how do I remove AW2000 products ad at the bottom of my auctions.

I have purchased and subscribed to several other programs. They all charge to either renew the subscriptions, or you must purchase new software after a year or so.

The most wonderful thing about AW2K is that the continuous FREE updates that are made available by Thom and Standing Wave, as Ebay continues to evolve. Without those updates we would be in the dark. The only way those updates can continue is if the software is supported and profitable. I personally would like to continue to recieve updates on a regular basis. And if having a little ad at the bottom of my listings helps to keep this business, than that is the least I can do.

If it were not for that little add a the bottom of someones listing, I would not have even known about AW2K.

Before removing the add consider how many potential customers Standing Wave will loose that visit your auctions.
