Something else I should mention. The Auction policy plan I use in seminars, conferences and classroom is an outline form. And it is basic. But when you complete the questions, it does help you maintain focus. and when you have an issue arise, you can easily refer back to what you decided to do so you won't be jumping around all over the place. So I hope basic is okay??
