OK - Here's my wish list:
1. Modify the printed invoice so that we can include our logo, or allow us to alter the positioning of the fields (somehow).
2. I sell books. On the bottom of my invoice (and sometimes in emails), I ask clients what genres they collect and if they would like to receive the occasional catalogue. When I receive responses, I have to transfer all this information into another program. (I'm presently using an old DOS program--it's still the best I've found (so far) for ease of use and sorting info.) I would like to be able to make better use of the client info in AW2000 without having to transfer to other programs. I would like to be able to tag the files of clients who have responded so that I can sort and find, for example, all those who would like catalogues of Modern First Editions. Then I would like to be able to print labels, etc. I think you get the idea.
