I decided to cancel my GoToMyPC subscription.

When I called their customer service, I explained that the product worked just fine for me, but I didn't want to pay US$19.95/month for something I never used. Without missing a beat their rep offered to make it $9.95/month. He said that this was not a promotional rate and would stay in force as long as I kept my account open. Even prorated this month.

Talked me into it.
