Is there any plans to incorporate "best offer" in the ebay store or when ever we choose buy it now?

You can currently use "Best Offer" option when listing with AW2000. You will find the ability on the Additional Options" tab on the Lister Window itself. The Lister is after images have uploaded.

Is that what you are referring to?

It is about half way down on the Additional Options tab. Just check the little box and you are good to go.
