Ron,

Normally, restarting AW2K will correct it if you have already rrebuilt the database?

If that does not correct it, you ought to email tech support.

Here is the answer that worked from T. Withgott, Pres of AW2K.

Performing the following solution (deleting the files listed below) removes all of the bookmarks from the Inventory Items, Auction Lots and Invoices windows. It also removes the lists of recently used fonts from the font drop down lists on the Inventory Items and Auction Lot windows.

It sounds like one of the bookmark files might be damaged. Here's what
I suggest you try:
1. Make sure AW2000 is closed.
2. Open the Windows Explorer and navigate into the "C:\Aw2000" folder.
3. Select "Tools | Folder Options..." form the menu bar.
4. When the "Folder Options" window opens, click on the "View" tab.
5. In the "Advanced settings" area uncheck the checkbox labeled "Hide file extensions for known file types", then click the "OK" button.
6. Delete the following files:
Auctions.bmk
FontMru.ini
Inventory.bmk
Invoices.bmk
7. Close the Windows Explorer.

It worked for me.

In the Seattle area? Would love to share ADVANCED ideas at a local coffee shop regarding AW2K and eBay.

Ron,

Thanks so much for letting us know. Index out of bounds errors as you experienced most often require tech support to weed through the logfiles in order to determine precisely which file(s) is causing the problem.

Glad you are up and running! Excellent news.
