Crazy bug or virus

Whenevre I try and update all auction lots I get this message.
Specified module can not be found
Has anyone had this problem?

Steve,
Restart your computer and run Aw2000 again. Go to File Program options and put a checkmark in Generate UPdate log file.
Try to update.
If the error message appears again, please send me the updatelog.txt file attached to an email message.
You will find the Updatelog.txt file by going to windows explorer. Expand my computer and then the C drive. Click on the AW2000 folder. The updatelog.txt file is in alphabetical order in the preview pane right hand side.
