Does anyone know if Paypal and eBay automatically adjust to new sales tax rates? I can change my AW settings, but do I need to change eBay Preferences for 7-day auctions submitted on or after March 25th (end date would be April 1, when the rate goes up)?

You will have to change the sales tax in "Site Preferences" in your "My eBay".

And if you have Paypal configured to charges sales tax in your Paypal account, you will also need to change the sales tax rate there as well.

If you use Google checkout for non-eBay related transactions, the preferences there will also need to be adjusted.
