I just updated Auction Wizard using the link I received in an email...the item specifics are not right in the men's category. I tried to update again, using the link that's here on the board, but the item specifics are still wrong.....did anyone else have trouble? Thanks!

I have reported it to Tech support. It would seem the Item specifics in some categories are related to art I guess mens' clothing could be considered "artful"

Run AW2K go to Tools and use "Check for program updates"
That will fix it.

ummm, no thanks to Thom. I was just the lab rat for a minute or two. I felt kind of silly for not considering to run the program update. eBay changed the categories and Item specifics in the middle of all the program release. So everything went wonky on us.
But don't you just LOVE being able to retrieve buyer information now. I mean you have name and address.
We edited our email templates to reflect we had their name and address, And turned the template into more of a "Thank you for shopping with us" type instead of "send me your name/address" etc.
The buyers are loving it..

Hi Judy! I just assumed when you said you notified "tech support", that you told Thom! I never thought to run a program update either....guess it sounded too easy! You spend too much time on this board helping everyone.....but I'm sure glad you do!

Took me a minute to figure out what you meant. I guess my post was not clear
When you said "Thank you Judy and Thom" What I intended to mean was the thank you all goes to Thom, not to me. He figured it out, I was simply the lab rat for a little while.
I read and then re-read my post,,, It finally hit me, you thought when I said "ujmmm no thank you to Thom." that I meant Thom did not do anything. That is quite the contrary.
ARe you kidding... I went running Thom what in the world is going on whining at full throttle. I just followed his instructions..
