I'm sure someone with more expertise than I have will reply soon.

Just wondering if you are using really large images.

Do the images upload to your image host? You get this error when you are in the listing dialog, after you've gone through the FTP process?

I get this message when trying to put the photos into my listing.

OF course the second message I get when I am trying to back up the program files.

You should probably send a note to Thom.

HI Karen

Sorry,, I have been gone. Like on a vacation with my husband,,, IN the mountains-- 4 wheeling.. And yes we had a BLAST!

That message means the image folder is full. The only way to correct it is to resize the existing images to something smaller, do a backup and then rebuild the database.

Or Archive away old records . Be sure to make a full backup before doing an archive so if you need to old records you have them handy.

OR you can delete images, but you must also do a rebuild after deleting to regain the space

The issue is created when images added to the AW2K database are too large. 1024 x 1024 or larger.. That takes up tons of room.
So shrink by at least factor 2 if they are that big when adding to AW2K.. An image close to the same size as the default upload size works just fine.
