API Error code 37 new

When I try to list an auction I get the error code 37 - "Input data for tag <item.picturedetails.gallery url> is invalvid or missing. "

I have tested my FTP site and it shows it is working properly.

Help!!

I've had this happen a couple of times before. I know this sounds foolish but if there is more than one image in the auction ... go to the aw2k listing page. Click through each image and make sure it is still there. If it isn't then delete that tab and then click on add image and "re-add" the missing image. Every once and a while an image name is on the tab but no image is there. Not sure why this happens but when it did happen to me that solved the error code for me. Hope this helps. If this isn't the problem come back on here as someone else may very well have a better answer for you.

HI,

When you begin the listing process, did you allow the Listing wizard to upload your images to your FTP account?

Yes I did - and AW said it did that part.

I have found a work around (I am determined!!). I checked the box to allow "manually specify gallery image urls" (under File - Program Options - Inventory Items Tab ). I then posted the address of the picture that I had uploaded to my website.

In the actual listing I imbedded several pictures using the

<IMG SRC=PUT ADDRESS OF PICTURE HERE>

It works just great!!

Hi,

That is a work around.

Are you using a Listing template? Have you converted a LIsting template to pure HTML? And writing the image tags in the HTML template?
