Everything was working fine with our FTP and AW until we created another ebay user id within AW. We use the same FTP account as our other ebay user id and it works fine. We tested it and it tests fine, but when we upload auctions with the new account, it gives us "unable to upload files from the server"error. We are using pair.com for our FTP. I contacted pair.com and they said everything is fine on their end. We have rebuilt all databases and rebooted as well. Any ideas?
