Long time user; new problem. when I test my FTP settings it says they are configured properly but when I try to upload auctions, it times out on the first lot image and eventually I get the error message "Socket ReadIn Error"

any ideas?

I just found an answer for you, since I had the same problem. Thom said to go to the {file}, FTP, then advanced settings, change the time out to 120 seconds, then if that didn't work, check the block to passive mode. The passive mode fixed my problem immediately.
