I am trying to upload some auctions and am getting this message:
FTP error: unable to upload files from the server.

I checked my FTP setting and did a test. That was okay.
I am not sure what else to try! Thanks for your help. Karen

This must be the day for FTP stuff. Had more than one person today. and one in my office here at work here today fixing their FTP account.

First, do you have more than one FTP account configured in AW2000... ? Just making sure you are testing the right FTP account. which I am sure you are but never hurts to check

The FTP test worked just not when attempting to upload the images from the Lister? Do you have internet security on your computer that is new or changed? That could be blocking communication.

I do have two FTP accts and tested both of them. BUT then I decided to change the FTP Acct associated with my ebay id and they uploaded fine! So, thanks for answering.
