We opened a pair.com FTP space and can not get it to work with AW2000. We set it up exactly like the help section shows us and we get the following message:

"The HTTP address field does not point to the same location as the FTP setting. Check the remote directory and HTTP address fields."

Here is what is we type in the FTP fields:

server name: ydhu.pair.com
Port: 21
User Name: maxsmom7
Password: *********
Remote Directory: Public_html
Http Address: http://ydhu.pair.com/maxsmom7/

Maybe you can figure this out by looking at it and giving us some direction to fix this.

Check you password, Kim. My pair.com password is case sensitive and contains both lower and upper case letters.
