Hello!
I installed the latest build today, but I don't know if this problem existed before the installation or not. I haven't used AW2K in months.
Using the HTML Template Editor - Listing Template:
o I check the box "put a frame around the page"
o In the Background Image box, I add a path to a .jpg image (one I've used in the past and that worked fine)
o I click either Save or Preview
o I get the error dialog box: "Operation not applicable"
o I click OK
o I get an hourglass that stays until I close the editor without saving
I have some older templates that have this Background Image field filled in. If I try to view them outside of the editor, I don't get any errors, but the background image does not display. It also does not display when uploading to eBay.
Please let me know if any more info is needed to try to fix this problem. I am going to list auctions today and will have to forgo the background images in them.
Pls advise.
