HTML tables

I wanted to know how to put tables into the template and saw the answer that you can past the HTML code into the description, but do you fill out the rest of the Auction Lot’s page, all the empty fields above the description field? Plus, can I had the images in my own HTML editor? ( I know how to FTP and will be using my own site to store the photos.) Do I copy the HTML code <BODY> to </BODY> , do include this code?
Thanks in advance,
Carol

The best place to add HTML code is in your Listing Template. There is a Page Component type in the HTML Template Editor just for adding HTML code to a template.

You can add HTML code to the Description field on an Auction Lot, but there are caveats. This topic is covered in the help file. Look for "Descriptions,Using HTML" in the help index. <BODY> and </BODY> tags are never needed in any HTML code used in a listing.
