How do I change the footnote?

The footnote is pre-written and I don't care for it. Plus I always list my shipping charges in the auction. This says it will be 'actual' shipping charges. I don't use 'actual' charges. I use $9.95 + $1.70 for insurance. I have to revise every auction to change this.

Under "tools" "html template editor" you can change any template that is in AW.
