Where can I change the "Thumbnail Page Template" to other then what is provided in the drop down list under File|Config Website

I think I understand your question.

You can edit any one of the thumbnail templates for your website and name it anything you want. I suggest you duplicate the thumbnail template in the HTML template manager, Then edit the template to suit your particular needs. Rename the template anything you want. The edited template will appear in the drop down list.
