Odd characters with custom template

So I built a custom template. All seems ok, until it is on ebay.

Here is the link
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170156420471

If you look under return policy, you will see characters like
Items that are listed for parts or repair, as is, Â

I have no idea where these are coming from. The source code is fine and it does not show in the preview template.

My only guess is that something is happening when it is being uploaded to ebay.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Dan,

Well now, that is interesting

There sure are "A" down in the Return policy. In view source in my browser, the "A" are sure enough there.

Did you copy and paste the return policy from Word or some other word processing program?

Turns out it was a spacing issue. Strange. I did it in note pad so I have no idea why spacing would be an issue. It's fixed now. Thanks for the response.

Hi, Dan,

I am glad it is fixed. I had wondered about the spacing. Looking good!
