Hi, I am just trying out this program. Most of my Ebay sales are on commission and I need something to help me keep better track of what I am doing.
I have a couple of questions...with the Ebay changes and the updates I am not sure if the problem is me or because of the changes.

The program is not showing all of the bidders on my items (the ones not showing are reserve items). Do they not show up as being bid on unless the reserve is met?

Also, when I update the lots, it is not putting in the listing fees. Will these not show up unless the auction was originated with the program?

I welcome any and all suggestions or answers. This program really seems to be what I need.

Not sure about the reserve price auctions, but the listing fees are derived based on how the item was listed from aw2k - it's not handled during an update. So you are right, it would have to be an aw2k listed auction.
