Hello. I downloaded Auction Wizard, and have been trying to set it up. Wow. I think I need a degree in Computer Sciences. I can't get it to connect to the FTP, Email is having a problem (I'm on ATT/SBC e-mail), and the "Easy" Tutorial has made me try to pull out my hair (and I don't have much to pull). In spite of all of this, what I have seen so far looks great. I need some help -- from somewhere -- just to cool my frustration.

Thank you for posting. AW2K is a powerful tool with lots of features as well as capabilities. No worries. Setup is the most difficult part but only because, just as with any new software program, the user is unfamiliar with the software specific terms, flow, etc.

I will be most happy to help you with the setup. So don't pull out your hair

Email: You are using AT&T/SBC that supports POP3 and SMTP? Not the free mail that does not?

FTP: Where is your FTP account located?

Just so you will know. Generally I check the boards all day long. This morning I have numerous errands to run so I will be slower in responding. But don't panic, I will see your post.
