I cannot access several records in the database. I created Dutch Auction lots for use on Yahoo. Something failed and each auction was only set up for 1 item instaed of the multiple items. Now the program shows that the items are committed but you can not look at the auction lot because it is locked or hidden and does not show up at all.

If you go to Auction Lots and click on the icon that has 2 hands covering a sheet of paper. This will bring up the Show/Hide Records window. Select "Show All Auction Lots" and you shouldn't have any trouble.

Tip: If you look in the lower left hand corner of Auction Wizard window, it will show may records are being viewed. If there is a "[S/H]" behind the number, there is a filter in place, no "[S/H]" behind the record means there is no filter applied.

Both of the above suggestions work in Inventory, Auction Lots and Invoices.

If you want to create a dutch auction you will have to enter the quantity into Auction Lots. AW2K defaults it to 1 item when created from an Inventory Item.
