Multi inventory to Auction Lot

What is the best way to combine multiple "Stock Inventory " (All items have a quantity of 1) to 1 Auction Lot.
Do I have to change the "Stock Inventory" to "Non Stock inventory" first then combine the items. What is the correct procedure for this?

Thanks Again
Bob

Bob,

Yes, if you are going to group Inventory Items to a single Auction lot, then unselect the "Stock" option. If you have an Auction lot already created, I suggest deleting it.

create an Auction lot from the first Non-STock Inventory item,

After the Auction lot is created, go to that newly created Auction lot by clicking on the hammer on the toolbar as the Committed quantites dialog box is no longer displayed.

Click on the "Inventory Items" button on the center divider located on that Auction lot. you will see the "+" button. You use that button to add the Non-Stock Inventory items.

The Non Stock Inventory Items descriptions and images will be added in the order you select.

Does that help?
