Is is possible to change the default Font and Size for Descriptions in newly-created Inventory records from Times New Roman 12 to, say, Arial 10?

If this change also affects the Description field in newly-created non-inventory Auction Lots, that's fine by me.

Sure can.

Go to File | Program Options. Select the Inventory tab. You will see the default font and size. You can also change Auction lots and Email font and size.

I am sure you know the only Fonts available in AW2000 are what is available on your computer.

Don't be embrassed at all. I know where all that stuff is only because I use AW2000 to teach at the college. It is much easier for students to work in AW2000 instead of being logged into their eBay accounts for 4 hours. So I know where the settings are because I am dealing with them all of the time.
