Hi All! It's been a while since I was here, mostly because the program has been working like a charm :)

I'm experiencing a little weirdness when I make a new auction laot from an inventory item. It is putting shipping information in those fields. I have deleted all the shipping information that I can find and it still puts stuff in there. Does anyone know why???

Good to see you, it has been a while. It is so great when everything is working good and there aren't problems or glitches. Then something happens to spoil the good run.

As for your shipping information fields being filled in . . . I know that you have checked this but just in case. Go to FILE/Auction Profile Settings. Then click at the very bottom of that window on the button labeled "Edit Auction Lot Defaults and Shipping Options". Make sure all of your defined shipping options have been cleared out and or you have clicked on "Do not Specify Shipping Costs".

Also in the inventory area click on categories, shipping options and item specifics" and make sure that you haven't got one or two inventory items with shipping info specified.

I know this is all stuff you have probably done but thought that just maybe it might be worth a look. Hope you find out where the info is coming from. It can be so frustrating can't it - getting stuff you don't want. And then there is the time you want something to show up and for the life of us we can't find out why it's not there. .

Did you ever find out why the shipping information is showing up? I have the same thing happen to me. It only happens when I use a certain auction profile. But I've checked everywhere & can't fnd a spot I have shipping & insurance filled in!

Go to File | Auction Profile
click on the Auction profile that has the shipping and insurance showing up.
Click on "Edit Auction lot and shipping options" button that is located in the lower right hand side.

When the next window opens up, Put a check in the box for
Specify Flat Rate Shipping" so that option opens up.

There are probably values there. So delete them and they won't show up everytime you create a new auction lot for that profile.
