I am liquidating a large collection for a consignor. The consignment summary report has a column entitled "Consign. Fee" and next to it "Paid". I can't figure out how to make this column show that the consignment fees have been paid/deducted.

The checkbox that tells whether a consignment fee has been paid or not is on the "Additional Fields" tab on the Auction Lots window. In the "Consignor" area is a checkbox labeled "Paid". If you put a check in that checkbox, "Y" will show in the consignment summary report for that Auction Lot.
