A blank invoice has cropped up. This happened once before, and Thom helped me with it, but I don't remember the solution. And by the way, the invoice survives a Rebuild.
It has no invoice number and no real data, only emails -- about 12 dozen in Sent Messages and several hundred in Received Messages. The emails, which go back to early 2009, are all over the place -- private messages to friends, replies to shipping inquiries, YahooGroups mail, correspondence with Paypal, etc.
The only "data" is a payment due date of 09/29/10 (in the future!) and a series of six dates on the Payments tab ranging from August 8 to Sept. 20, 2001 (2001???). In Grid View, there are no $ amounts, no Auction Profile, no Status, only the Payment Due Date.
Is there any reason not to just delete this ghost invoice? Will deleting the invoice also delete the emails associated with it?
