Looking for a way to get an automated way to include the Paypal Fee on the invoice. Is there plans for a module using you credentials for Paypal to pull a report, parse it and apply it to invoices? This would be the ultimate solution. Evaluating this software and Auctionsage. I like the style, layout and flow of AW2K allot more, but the manual piece to record PayPal as the source of payment and then the fee associated to the auction, will cause multiple extra hours of time.

Thanks you for posting. Sorry for the long delay in response time.. I have been traveling! took a trip down the PCH 1 in an RV. And there wasn't good internet connection for days. I am really sorry you had to wait on a response.

Anyway,, Auction fees are recorded automatically. eBAy returns the fees via the API for both listing and the Final Value fees. There is nothing to do on that end.The total fees associated with the Auction lot are recorded and can be viewed on the Auction lot in the Total fees or by clicking open "Additional field"

Auction Wizard 2000 even retains a record of how many times an Auction lot has been relisted. Pretty handy.

Each beginning listing date is also recorded and retained in the ADditional field section of the Auction lot record so you can track the dates listed. If that is something you like to do.

I do not know about automatiing the Paypal portion of fees. We just plug them in when recording the payments. Since the fields can be accessed by using the "Tab" key on the keyboard, it doesn't take long to tab through the fields to record the payment, payment carrier, ship service, etc.

I will ask tech about that though and let you know.

I think you will be pleased with AW2000. The inventory module is very strong. We have somewhere in the 17,000+ inventory items.

Records can be exported to CSV which is handy.
Invoices can be manually created for anyone with an email address. which we do routinely. We even use AW2K to manage our Amazon listings and invoicing.

Shipping module for generating ship notices etc is super quick. We do not use the ship label section of AW2K any longer we have used Endicia for years and are currently evaluating Stamps.com.
