How can we change templates or something along those lines so shipping is also combined when we have a bidder that wins multiple items? I can't seem to find anything on this on Jacki's board or the help section.

By the way, what I'm talking about here is combining let's say two items that would normally ship at $3.00 a piece so that the shipping total reflects a discounted shipping total. (i.e. $5.00 for the two instead of $6.00). I know AW2K can combine the two original $3.00 totals to equal $6.00, but what about discounted shipping for multiple purchases?

Hi Denis,

As far as I know, you have to do that manually from the Invoice window. Change the shipping to whatever you want to charge, then click the recalculate icon (the semi-circular arrow) on the tool bar, to get the corrected total. That way, the corrected shipping is picked up by your winning bidder template.
