Error sending Notification Email

Hello, I am having a problem when trying to send a winning bid notification or any notification email to my customer. This was working but something has happened. When I select the type of email, a error message says: " Internal Error (NewInvoiceTemplateMessage) :unable to locate email account." I have looked everywhere to try to solve this. What happened and how do I fix it?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks Hollysue

If this is happening with just one customer, check the email field - sounds like it's not valid. Probably extra @'s or spaces. The format of the email address is probably not good.

Hi Traderguy, I have looked everywhere for an incorrect email address that could possibly effect this. It is happening on all customers and all formats of notification mail. So any other suggestions? I sure appreciate this. Susan

Ahh...then it sounds like your auction profile is configured with an email account that you may have deleted or edited.
That's my last idea ;)
You might want to write Thom with this...
