I can’t get my invoice to show that the payment has been made to me. How can I do this manually? All the info in on the invoice and I checked the box payment received, but it still show up as not paid.

Hi Carol,

When you're in Invoice view, did you click on the green dollar sign on the toolbar? That'll take you to the screen where you enter the amount paid, date paid, method of payment and projected shipping date. After you've done that, your invoice should show as paid and the amount will be entered in the ledger!
