I am using AW2000 2.1 build 106 Update level 638. I have set up a tax profile under File/Tax Profiles. I have 2 tax entities, one is state, one is county. When I go to the invoice and click on the "Taxable" radio button the grayed-out "Sales Tax" field does not update.

Hi Francis,

Once you've listed using one of your tax proiles, you have to place a check mark in both the "taxable" button and the "buyer taxable" on the invoice screen. Then you can choose which tax profile is appropriate for that sale.

I'm in Canada and have 4 tax profiles, one of which is non-taxable for all international buyers and AW2K looks after all of them perfectly as long as I choose the correct "buyer" level.
