We usually use a note field on invoices to add things like Auction User ID, a Message to the bidder, a Thank You etc. This static invoice format that has ZERO additonal fields or information is very lacking. The invoice is the last item many customers see from you when they receive the items and should be a positive last means of communications. Plus some of these extra fields help us keep them organized in our recordkeeping system. Let's see some customizable fields on Invoices or at least the option to change them a little to add some of the data fields already in the program.. or be able to rearrange them some.

I agree with you, had the same problem myself. Easy answer buy a shooting star licence and use that for invoicing. I use AW2k for listing (in the US because it wont do Australia ) and use s/star for sorting auctions and invoicing . Can customize templates and add your personalised notes
