I've just accepted my first "Make An Offer" on an item in my store, and now I can't get it to update so I can create an invoice. It shows as sold in My eBay, and I've been in contact with the buyer, but I'd like to have it correct in my AW2K records! I'd also like to print a packing slip and label but, if it won't recognize that it's sold, I'm stymied. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Glenda

The following is Thom's reply when I wrote him directly about the problem:
"The Auction Lot in question was listed using eBay's "Best Offer" option. eBay does not currently provide winning bidder information for items listed using the "Best Offer" option in a format that is readable by Auction Wizard 2000. That is why Auction Wizard 2000 could not find any winning bidders when the Auction Lot was updated. You will have to manually invoice the buyers for that Auction Lot. The program displays a warning about this when you list Auction Lots using the "Best Offer" option."
So now we know ... if you accept "best offers", you'll have to manually "add a buyer" to the lot before you can generate an invoice.
