I've imported a year's worth of data from SAP to AW, and want to update the sales status of dozens of old auctions to "closed". Is there a way to select and change the sales status of multiple records from the Inventory screen, or must I do them all one at a time?

To change the Status of an Inventory Item you need to change the Status of the Auction Lot it is associated with. You can change the Status of multiple Auction Lots at the same time from the "Grid View" tab on the Auction Lots window. Select all of the Lots whose Status needs changed in the grid, then right click and select Change Status to from the popup menu. Select a Status for the Auction Lots from the sub-menu.
