Add Text to Invoice?  

I can get to "customize invoices" two ways. But either way, when I get to the screen and click on "invoice notes" at the bottom -- which is where I want to put text -- the box is highlighted but I can't add any text. What am I doing wrong?

Hi:
This may help I'm not sure. Just make sure when you are trying to add text to the invoice template that you are doing it on a COPY. You cannot edit the template directly so make a copy when it asks you if you want to do that. When you click on the report you want to change or edit it won't let you and everything is grayed out. Once you get to work on the copy the tool bar at the top of the edit screen has a text box. Click on the box - position your cursor where you want your text to be and draw the box. Then type in the text you want - if it is to be the same text every time. As I said earlier this may or may not help. If it doesn't say something and we will try again, or someone else will be able to help.
