Thanks Judy! I tried that before & it wouldn't work (because I had changed the status to "Sold not Shipped"). I put it back to Offline & it worked.

I am sorry. I failed to mention you can only add Auction lots whose status is "Never Listed, Queued for listing or Offline. "Sold not Shipped" or "Hold" cannot be added to an Invoice.

I didn't mention, you won't need to manually change the Auction lot status. AW2K will do that for you. As soon as you add the Auction lot to an Invoice, that Auction lot status will change to "Sold not Shipped" When you ship the items to the buyer, the Auction lot status will change to "Sold and Shipped"
