invoices-not updating

Does anyone know why AW 2000 won't print out all the invoices that are paid? It did print out 9, but I have at least 25 to 30. I checked to make sure I had associated the email with the person, made sure everything was filled out...I don't understand it! These are auctions that ended yesterday! Now I have to go to PayPal & copy & paste...I sure hope I haven't missed sending someones items last week!

Are you referring to when you go to Tasks | Print Invoices and shipping notices"... from the menu. And then you select the date(s) range??

Yes, that's what I mean. I haven't printed any invoices since Friday. Do you have any idea why it would do this?

Mickey,
Try changing the date range first. You will need to include the weekend dates as well. So try using Friday's date which would have been 11-2 to today which is 11-5. See if that pulls up all the Invoices.
Secondly, be sure the "Ship date" is correct. Meaning when you "Record Income" that date is for today. See if that works.

Mickey,
One other thing, be sure that a payment has been recorded for the Invoice as well. If the payment has not been recorded and you simply add the ship date, it won't appear in the "Print Shipping labels and Invoices".... dialog box.

Geez! Do I ever feel stupid now! I had the ship date as tomorrows date! My "packer" can't work till tonight....so I had put the ship date as 11/6.
Thanks! At least I haven't printed out everything from PayPal yet! Glad you're on the computer early!
