Hi,
The Column headers which will sort are those in the Bold Black. No others sort.
If you sort by "Ship Date" will the Invoices sort back to "Invoice #"?

Dave,
In the "Inventory Items", "Auction lots", as well as the "Invoices" tab/window, Grid view, only Bold headers are sortable. Remember you can drag the columns in the Grid view to any arrangement that you want. So if there are fields way over to the right hand side which you routinely have to scroll over to see, you can drag them into view. If you want to re-order the Grid view back to the default in any one of the tabs/window, just click on "Record" on the menu and choose "Reset Grid layout from the drop down menu.
Hope that helps!
