On the invoice tab under fees - Payment service fees, it is grayed out.
I forgot to add the Paypal fee. Is there anyway to re-add this?
Get the green dollar sign back so I can edit this again.

Yes you can get the green dollar sign back.

Go to the Ledger and delete the buyer's payment. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to mark the buyer's invoice as Waiting for payment. Which you do.

Then you can record the payment again and add the payment service fee in the appropriate field on the "Record income" dialog box.
