What do you do if someone doesn't pay up. Do you delete the invoice? And if so, by doing this, is the item put back into the inevtory? If not how do i adjust my inventory so it is correct and what should i label the invoice as?
Hope i am making sense here.
Thanks

Hi,
Making perfect sense. I am sorry the buyer didn't pay. It just happens.
First -- at eBay file an "Unpaid Item Dispute" Currently that is the only form of protection (of sorts) has against a bad buyer slapping you with a negative rating. So file it.
When the dispute closes successfully, manually change the Invoice status to "Closed N.P.B" (non paying bidder). The Invoice item is released and sent back to an "Offline Auction" so you can relist it. Or delete the Auction lot all together if you prefer.
Does that help?
