When I look at the grid veiw under invoices I don't see the ebay no. or the title of the item just the invoice no. that doesn't mean much to me is there any way to get more information on the grid veiw.

Since you can have more than one lot under each invoice, I don't think it would be possible to add those fields to grid view.

Each Invoice can have multiple Invoice Items, each with its own Auction ID. For this reason it is not possible to show Auction IDs in the Grid View.

I agree with the thinking of different items under one invoice. And not being able to show the description or auction id #.
But it would be the same buyer wouldn't it? I think if the buyer id and maybe the email address would show in the grid it would make finding the right invoice somewhat easier and faster..

Actually, if you know the buyer id, email address, or auction number, you can find the right invoice very quickly using the Find function. A lot faster than scanning the grid for the information.
