I am having problems getting selected labels and invoices to print. The auction invoices and labels print fine. The problem is when I sell an inventory item or want to mail someone a catalog (I have an inventory item for that also). The labesl/invoices state ready to ship. But when I print invoices/labels it gives me a message that they are no labels to print. THe ship date is correct.

Any ideas?? I must be doing something wrong?

You might try Queueing the individual Invoice address label instead. Go to the tool bar and directly to the right of "Show/Hide" records is the Queue shipping label". Then go to Tools | Print Queued labels. See if that works.

Have the invoices in question been paid in full?
