I am new and have posted 2 auctions using AW2000. One item sold and one did not. I have the sold item invoiced and waiting for payment. I want to put the item that did not sell in the ledger and I can not find it anywhere to bring up. Where is it? Thank you.

I am not sure that I understand the question. Please identify which data fields from the unsold Auction Lot that you want to enter into the Ledger.
