How do you start a new ledger for 2003? Thank you

Use the Purge and Archive utility (Tools | Database Tools | Purge and Archive Utility... on the program menu bar) to purge and/or archive your existing Ledger data. Ledger data can only be purged and/or archived using the advanced settings. Click the Advanced Settings... button on the "Select Records to Purge" or "Select Records to Archive and Purge" window to access the advanced settings.
