New Flat-Rate Options

AW's Shipping Options don't allow a distinction between the legal-sized flat-rate envelope and the letter-sized flat-rate envelope, and since eBay won't let you use a "flat rate shipping cost" over -- what it is? $4.50? -- we're forced to select USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope which, if paid online, costs 20 cents less than the legal-sized envelope. Not a big deal unless you're listing a bunch of items that will go in the legal-sized envelopes. My "solution" is to add 20 cents to my handling fee, but I'd rather be able to select the exact shipping container I'll be using.
I am assuming that if you are using eBay's listing system, you are able to select the legal- versus the letter-sized flat-rate envelopes. Is that right? Anyone know? If so, when will AW be updated to support that distinction?

You sure about that? I see $4.95 on USPS site as the flat rate price for all flat rate envelopes - letter, legal, and padded.
I use the ebay (or paypal direct for my website) USPS labels, and the price is $also 4.95 for all flat rate envelopes.

The smaller Flat-Rate Envelope is $4.75 if the postage is paid online (20-cent discount), but for some reason, you don't get a discount if you select the legal-sized envelope.
This is copied from the postcalc site (the first price is for paid at the post office; the second is for paid online):
Priority MailĀ® Flat Rate Envelope USPS-Produced Envelope: 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" $4.95 $4.75 Priority MailĀ® Legal Flat Rate Envelope USPS-Produced Envelope: 15" x 9-1/2" $4.95 $4.95
I just now opened the page to print postage for an eBay sale, and even though it's going to go First Class, I selected both the letter-sized Flat-Rate envelope ($4.75) and then the legal-sized ($4.95), so yup, I'm sure. Next opportunity you get, do the same thing and see if you get different results. I'm at a page that starts https://shiptrack.ebay.com.

I had not noticed that was not showing up in Flat rate shipping before. We use Standard shipping as a choice most often so we can select what is the most economical for the buyer ..
I just asked Thom about the Flat rate legal envelope..Let's see what he has to say
